Chax training provides accessibility tips, tools, and insights for practitioners at all levels.

Bespoke courses are designed based on the content samples you provide, the software tools you use, and other elevated requirements. They are recommended for larger groups and smaller teams who are progressing in their development of accessibility skills.

Unlike bespoke, Drop-In classes are more generalized and demonstrate generic work samples, not specific content you or your team may be familiar with. These classes are recommended for individuals who are on their own personal accessibility journey.

All training comes with a repository of course materials, handouts, and a month of post-training email support. Virtual classes are recorded, and videos are for internal use only; they may not be published to the public or outside of your organization.

Attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion for each class attended, and all class hours accumulate International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Education Credits.

Chax has hosted workshops, training, and conference presentations all over the world. Our classes run two to three (2-3) hours and include step-by-step demonstrations and walkthroughs designed to help teams deliver the best possible accessible assets.

These classes can be full- or half-day virtual webinars or in-person workshops. In-person sessions have a 15% surcharge, plus additional costs for travel and accommodations for the duration of the sessions. Training workshops hosted on consecutive days minimize the impact of these costs.

All digital assets we remediate or train your team to remediate will be returned in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA (and 2.2 AA where applicable) and PDF/UA standards. Each file will be validated by an IAAP-certified specialist and returned with a PDF Accessibility Checker (PAC) report. Adobe or Microsoft source files come packaged with assets, links, and an export checklist to support future updates. We also provide accessible support for videos, social media, emails, and ePub formats.

Chax’s delivery on most standard digital assets and documents has a turnaround time of five (5) business days from confirmation of receipt. Rush delivery (when available) is two (2) business days with applicable rush fees. Larger assets (200+ pages) may require adjusted timelines, which will always be conveyed upfront.

Chax remediates digital assets across Romance, Latin, Cyrillic, Indo, glyph-based, and right-to-left language groups. If needed, we have several partners who can provide translations and/or localized content. All foreign language files undergo the same rigorous accessibility review, including screen reader testing, and are returned with a PDF Accessibility Checker (PAC) report.
