Your Website Experience
Our commitment to digital accessibility begins with this website, which has been designed and developed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA criteria.
Our mission is to ensure the digital world is accessible to anyone, regardless of use constraints. In building our website and all our content, we have committed to creating a digital experience accessible to as many visitors as possible. Will you help make us better?
If you’ve encountered a barrier on this website or in any other content that we’ve created, we want to hear all about it! Please reach out to describe what content, feature, functionality, or website element is inaccessible to you. We’ll follow up in one business day. You can email us at chaxhelp@chaxtc.com.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
We are committed to providing digital content that is available to everyone, regardless of the methods they may use or the abilities they may have. As advocates, we take a “design with accessibility in mind” approach to all that we do. We work hard to ensure all of our content is accessible to everyone.

Our Website
We have put great effort into ensuring our content complies with WCAG standards. We are always looking to improve our site to maximize access. Should there be any accessibility barriers, we are committed to reviewing and fixing those as they are made known. If we cannot fix a specific issue, we will look for alternate solutions or ways to present the information in a way that reaches

Our Podcasts and Videos
We maintain accurate closed captions and transcripts of all videos and podcasts. We are always open to receiving valuable feedback on how we can make improvements that increase accessibility and access to our educational material.
Our Training Courses
As accessibility trainers, we do more than talk the talk. We evaluate all handouts to ensure proper tagging, sufficient color contrast, and strive to minimize colorblind barriers. When speaking, like adding alt text, we use descriptive language to meaningfully articulate vital content within the presented slides, content, and images.

Our Presentations
When presenting online or in person, we’re committed to using inclusive language and descriptive presentations. We consider ways to present our content with captions, interpreters, or transcripts to reach all who want to learn more about accessibility. We realize not every solution is implementable, but we’re committed to ensuring that every effort is made to consider the needs of all.
