Capital Group Support Request

The submission form helps to organize and keep your project moving. You do not need to download or have BOX installed to use this form.
1. Project Owner
Complete information for you or the person who should be contacted for questions, estimate and notification of completed remediated file.
2. Project Details
- Enter “Project Name”
- Select your “Project Type”.
- PDF Remediation: Select this if you are uploading a PDF with text, images, or tables only.
- Source File Only: Select this if you are submitting the Word, PPT, InDesign, etc. and want ONLY a remediated original file returned to you.
Note: This does not mean an exported PDF from this file will be accessible. - Source File AND PDF Remedation: Select this if you want the accessible (to the extent possible) source file and a compliant PDF file.
- Select Urgency:
Normal: will result in contact within 24 hours via email to schedule a consultation or acknowledgement that the documents have been received for processing.
Top Priority: will result in contact as soon as possible to address the situation. This immediate request will result in additional rush charges and may not always be possible depending on support staff availability.
3. Upload your Files or Folders.
Select “Add your files” to add individual documents or support files. If they exceed 50mb, choose “Select a Folder” to upload an entire folder of content. Uploading folders have no file size limits.
Please know that it can take some time to upload large transfers.
4. Enter “Project Description”
Enter information such as “request remediation estimate” or specific instructions, struggles or context for the documents being uploaded.
5. Submit form
Click the “Submit” button, which will upload the documents and send an email to you and our processing team.
